Pasta is magic.

Whether it’s chef-crafted agnolotti in a tiny high-end enoteca in Florence, or clumsily stirred-up bowties at 4am after coming home from a wild night at the bar with your friends…

Whether it’s covered in fresh truffles,
or just in butter and canned parmesan…

Nothing but pasta makes you feel so cared-for.

From every day to special occasion - rolled, shaped, filled, layered, and special...fresh pasta is easy, fun, healthy, and versatile.

With this class series, you’ll understand pasta as a medium, not just a recipe, plus we’ll compose clever, classic, and rustic ways to build, sauce, and season your work.

These classes are going to be the antithesis of the 20-minute Food TV show - it’s about real life cooking, in real-time, with whatever you’ve got on hand.

There will be lots of time for open-dialogue, and if any alterations to your methods are useful based on the ingredients you happen to have, I’ll be sure to review them! I also welcome requests and recommendations for future class-topics and areas of study, so please feel welcome to reach out!

Continued classes will start January 11th via Facebook Live, 4:30-6(ish)pm, and continue every Monday!
